Our mission is to donate at no cost fish tank equipment and to set it all up for local San Joaquin County Disabled Veterans with PTSD and other Trauma.

Years of research have found and proven that having and caring for fish has a calming effect which helps to relieve stress and anxiety.

Local Fish & Pet stores are donating and selling to us at cost all of the materials of the tank and equipment to this Program.

Once a Disabled Veteran has applied for this program, and has been accepted, our volunteers will bring the donated Fish Tank and Fish Tank equipment to their home and set it all up for them at no cost. But, with the understanding that after the initial setup, the Disabled Veteran is fully responsible for all future care and maintenance of the Fish Tank and Fish Equipment. The veteran will need to purchase their own Live Fish.

With our local Fish & Pet store partner we are requesting donations from Pet Suppliers and local Citizens and Veterans in the Community to donate Fish Equipment for this Program.

Please bring your equipment donations directly to our Program Partner: Carter’s Pet Mart.
